The first time I heard about this place was in conversation with a colleague in 2015. He had just rented an apartment and was looking to get a washing machine.
I was in awe when we arrived at the market. The prices were ridiculously cheap!
It’s a little different now but the prices are still fair. Of course, a lot less than in-store prices.
Pantaker is what you’d call the “bend-down select” of home appliances. You can get anything in this market if you look hard enough and you’re ready to walk the walk. From building materials to lighting, home appliances, cookware, home and office furniture. . .
Lest I forget, bring your haggling spirit for the best experience. There are several pantakers but in my opinion, this is the most popular.
